Hello I have a Huawei P20 Pro which was purchased through a contract with Vodafone. I previously unlocked it I'm sure but have hit an issue where I tried to use a different SIM abroad.
Now I am back in the UK it still states the unlock was unsuccessful
I have completed the NUC request form a few times and receive the same code each time
I've checked the IMEI is correct
I have signal on each occasion and it was assigned to the Vodafone network where the phone is working normally with a Vodafone SIM in
The counter for the number of attempts remains at 10 no matter how many times I try
