I RECENTLY BOUGHT A K5161 DONGLE, BUT I CANNOT REGISTER ONLINE FOR AN ACCOUNT SO AS TO REMOVE THE AGE-RESTRICTED CONTENT.

If you've used the email address to set up a Vodafone account before then try another email address and password.

If you can log into the dongle or the device it is plugged into and change the DNS lookup to say 8.8.8.8 & 8.8.4.4 or 1.1.1.1 & 1.0.0.1 or some combo of the two, then that should bypass the content filters.

When you register an online account you will receive the security code as a pop up on your dashboard, this will enable you to set up the account. See here: Getting started with mobile broadband
Clear all your cookies and try registering again.
