I'm trying to add a One-Off Data Extra or Recurring Data Extra using the mobile app, but I am unable to do so because of the following message:
'We can't add this service for you, because you're not eligible for ie. - [Error ref 2a2]'
This is highly annoying and I've never known a provider to so bluntly block customers from purchasing data! I'm very likely to change to my old iD Mobile provider if this is not resolved

Usually the Vodafone App or the online my Vodafone is the way and a person can add data via " You can also add an extra by texting 1GB for 1GB extra data, or 2GB for 2GB extra data, to 40506. Texts are free from your Vodafone mobile. "
