My Wi-Fi dongle has suddenly started crashing whilst watching the Disney app on Sky TV… during this “crashing”, my phone on it’s own Vodafone contract works perfectly, so I reckon it’s not the Mast or Reception, it’s the Dongle.
Any advice?

Hi,
No, it’s when watching. It keeps crashing every 5 to 10 mins. I have seen certain episodes in Disney right through, but most of the time it just crashes every time stating NO INTERNET CONNECTION. However my phone also with Vodafone has 2 bars of 4G during this time. I switched my phone into the Dongle Wi-Fi the other day when it happened, and my phone immediately had ultra sluggish internet. After a few minutes I switched the Sky box off and everything started working full speed again. I’m thinking either the Dongle has conflicts with the Sky box, or the Sky box is doing lots of things in the background I don’t want it to do.
