ftp blocked on Gigacube

ftp is blocked on my Gigacube. I have tried adding a whitelist rule in the IP Filter section of the admin system but it won't let me add the IP address of the destination. It says it is invalid. It's just a standard IP address of 77.68.29.204. 

Any ideas?

Are you able to pop us over a screenshot of the error that you're getting so we can check this out? It could be that it's not the GigaCube blocking the destination address, it could be blocked by us, so if you can send a screenshot we can take a look 🙂

Hi, I just got a timeout message using an old version of Dreamweaver, so I thought I would try Filezilla to see if I got a better error message and weirdly it connected. I then tried Dreamweaver 2020 and that also connected. So it must be something to do with the old software, although it still works on my old BT connection.

Thanks for replying though, as I probably wouldn't have tried connecting using other apps as I just assumed it was blocked.
