Recently I have had problems with slow internet and have contacted vodafone a number of times... tech generally say maintenance problems or suggest taking sim out of mifi and reinserting.
I've had enough of it all today at 9pm..... virtually no internet. Tried contacting Vodafone, unavailable. Have started doing speed tests with fluctuating results...

Very annoyed about all this considering I recently purchased a Vodafone notebook and had my data upgraded to unlimited so that I could stream zoom and prime video, but error messages come up with bandwidth too low and this evening I've lost internet connection.
Please advise me.

I'd advise you to post in the mobile broadband forum, this is Home Broadband.

Thanks Beth and all other helpers
Because my computer Internet was so slow earlier to be unusable I used my phone to run a speedtest. The results got better and are suitable for email and browsing etc but not streaming.
So I looked for solutions to all this lack of bandwidth particularly using mifi. Lo and behold signal boosters state:
'MiFi is not designed to be a long term solution. It's a lot slower than WiFi. You can also only expect speeds of up to 70mbps with most 4g WiFi devices.'
I wish I had known all this originally. Appreciate data upgraded to unlimited by sales advisor trying to help but feel tech information would have been of worth.
I will however look into other options to boost internet bandwidth.
I understand this topic should be in mobile broadband section, apologies.
