1) Does the issue happen in just one location? If so, how far do you have to travel to regain service?
No, around the central and main shopping centre, retail parks, 15-20 minute walk usually resolves the issue. Airplane mode off and on has no effect

3) Does the issue occur if you try your SIM card in a different phone?
Yes, different phones, different sim cards. Other networks have 4g data line and vodafone although showing full bars, no data is transmitted.
4) What errors are seen or heard when the issue occurs?
No errors, simply no data connectivity.
5) Does this happen on 2G, 3G, 4G or all?

Hey @conotaph, thank you for sharing this information about the network in the BH23 1QA. I have checked the area and cannot see any major flags ort work but their is 2 things that have flagged to me:
1: We have had an issue close by that has been resolved today morning, this may have caused some effect.
2: The area is known to have a large amount of users especially in the summer months causing a lot of traffic on the site so all users get affected with this, the team are working on this and trying to see if a new site might help or larger one to help with the amount of traffic in the area and in summer.

The site closest to the centre of this postcode only has a single 10Mhz B20 carrier. Closer to the railway line, but with a footprint covering the same area, is another site with 25Mhz of bandwidth spread between B8-800Mhz & B1-2100Mhz
It's not a surprise that, under heavy load, this amount of capacity will struggle to provide usable data service. If there's a loss of service on the B1/B8/B20 site, then a single 10Mhz carrier is going to provide very poor overall service.
