BT21 network coverage

1) Does the issue happen in just one location? If so, how far do you have to travel to regain service? I have to travel about 1/2 mile to get workable data and about 1/4 mile to get workable voice calls.

2) BT21 0DT

3) Not SIM related or device related, impacts my wife on iPhone, my brother in law on  Huawei and myself on a Samsung.

4) Voice calls drop or fail to set up. Data very slow to intermittently not available. Fluctuates between 0 and 1 bar and often shows emergency calls only and EDGE as the data service on the device.

5) Does this happen on 2G, 3G, 4G or all? All

6) When did you first notice this issue? Moved into the house today but I understand from others it has been poor for a while ie not a recent fault but network power optimisation related.

7) Issue permanent.

Hi,

Just to follow up on network improvement coverage and the now impending implementation of digital voice by BT.

So coverage has not improved and there are no plans to improve it.

The suggestion to use WiFi calling is working but now with the impending implementation of digital voice by BT - their recommendation is to always have a fully charged mobile available should the broadband fail. Which is fine advise assuming we have mobile coverage in the first place, instead of both services using the same infrastructure

So you have one last shot at improving coverage before I have no option but to take my mobile business elsewhere.

Many thanks

Thanks for your most recent post @Donaghadee944. We've checked the site again, site 32477 and we are looking at making some improvements to the South West of the mast. As of yet we don't have anytime scale for the improvements and it's unlikely going to happen in the next 3 months. We will update our Network Status Checker here, if we get a date for the work.
