Hi @chilternvoice Thank for getting in touch! I've checked your site on VirusTotal and the results are showing some malicious flags. You'll need to speak with the vendors in question to get these removed first, once that's done we can raise a case to reclassify your website.

Unfortunately, it also say "last scan 4 months ago" and when you drill down all the scans support the analysis are very old.
It's like playing "whack-a-mole".....
Many of these analysis are self-refencing - rather then scanning themselves
