My website spappmonitoring.com is blocked by SecureNet.
If I use the Vodafone mobile internet, at first I get a certificate error, if I proceed unsafe I will get redirected to a Vodafone.ro page that only says this text message : "The page you wish to access cannot be viewed"
Spapp Monitoring is a phone tracker app used for parental control.
Is there anyway to get it whitelisted and get these issues resolved? Thanks in advance if anyone is able to offer some help.

@ciucaandrei Virus Total is showing two issues for your website and until those are resolved Vodafone will not unblock it.

The website is HTML.... Not even the APK is on this domain.
I will try to contact again CRDF and Seclookup. I hope that they respond. Thank you

Hello,
Seclookup still didn't respond. I have attached a printscreen of the support ticket.
I am not sure if they have someone to handle false positives.
I will contact also Virus Total, but in this time can you please unblock my website?
Thank you

@ciucaandrei I can't as I'm just a Vodafone customer.
Calling out to a Moderator please.

Thanks for reaching out @ciucaandrei, I've taken a look into your website and see it's being flagged as malicious by some of our vendors. While this is the case Secure Net will block the site to keep our customers safe. I can see you've raised a case with one of the vendors to get this looked into. If this is an error, once it's corrected and the malicious flag's removed, the block will be lifted. If not, we can certainly take a closer look into this for you.

Hello,
Thank you for your response. Seclookup does not seem to respond to my false positive request (I contacted them 9 days ago). I tried to contact also Virus total but I am not sure if they will do something(they just collect data). When you say it was flagged as malicious by some of our vendors, are you referring to Seclookup ?

Hey @ciucaandrei, thanks for reaching out. So you'll need to Seclook up directly as they are flagging it as malicious. Once you've spoken to them and they confirmed it's a false positive then we can raise this for you. Please keep us posted and we'll be happy to support further.

Hello,
Thank you for your response. I don't think Seclookup will respond.
This ticket is 16 days old. I tried also to contact them on email and I even contacted their sales(it's not super clear what they sell). I didn't get any response.
VirusTotal also didn't respond.
Can you please review my website https://www.spappmonitoring.com ?
It is marked only by Seclookup and they don't review false positives. I have seen other phone tracker apps marked by Seclookup and you can access them in the Vodafone network - mspy for example
Thank you

Thanks for coming back to us here @ciucaandrei - I understand it's been a while since you've raised this to be reviewed. We'll need to wait until the flags are removed by the two security vendors showing on VirusTotal. One is showing as 'Suspicious' and the other is showing as 'Malicious'. When they're showing as 'clean', please message me here and I can send this for a review by our Support team.
