Hi @chilternvoice Thank for getting in touch! I've checked your site on VirusTotal and the results are showing some malicious flags. You'll need to speak with the vendors in question to get these removed first, once that's done we can raise a case to reclassify your website.
Unfortunately, it also say "last scan 4 months ago" and when you drill down all the scans support the analysis are very old. It's like playing "whack-a-mole"..... Many of these analysis are self-refencing - rather then scanning themselves

There are currently six vendors flagging the site as malicious on VirusTotal @chilternvoice, and that analysis was last done 20 hours ago. These would need to be cleared before we can request that the site be whitelisted.
Charlotte, now down to just one, and Antiy-AVL (CyRadar) promise to rescan in the next 24 hours - every one of the six were using very outdated scans - and it returns clean when requested to rescan.
Following on from my previous post, I've received confirmation that the site has been reclassified for you, @chilternvoice. It can take up to 24 hours for it fully to take effect on your side, but it should be all sorted.
If that's the case, I'll raise the request for the site to be reclassified for you, as it'll more than likely be picked up after the rescan has been done.
