I have a CCTV system which was accessible remotely till I changed my Vodaphone router to the latest model.
The problem is port mapping is not correct and adding any static port mapping is conflicting with the dynamic port mapping which I can't change.
I have contacted technical support, however, no help was provided and I have been told that technical staff are not trained to provide advice which was not good response.
Does anyone know how to overcome this problem in new routers? All was fine in old Vodaphone router as port forwarding was possible.
