Hi! I own the domain "file.garden". It's a file hosting website, and its demographic is mostly just people who want to embed images on forums. 18+ content is very rare; the site is not pornographic. And yet, visiting any URL on the site shows "To protect our younger users, we block 18+ content on mobile devices by default." for some users using Vodafone.
I don't think it makes sense to block the site for this reason. Other general file hosting websites that technically allow 18+ content, such as Google Photos and Dropbox, aren't blocked. So I'm not sure why my file host is considered exceptional. This block generally just results in a bunch of innocuous images on forums being broken for Vodafone users.
Solved! Go to best answer.

Hi @grantgryczan. We understand how concerning this must be. I've checked the URL using VirusTotal and I can see that 4 security vendors are flagging this as malicious. I would also refer to the high priority note related to METASTEALER. Until the URL/domain is cleared, our Network team won't be able to take a look and make the necessary reclassifications.

I can certainly look into that, but the block is for 18+ content, not malicious content, so is that particularly relevant?

Thank you @grantgryczan. As you're looking into the reported flags by security vendors, I have raised the URL in question to be reviewed by our Network team under the reference INC000005091948. We'll let you know as soon as there's an update, so do keep your eyes peeled.
Just a side note, as mentioned earlier, because security vendors are flagging this site as malicious, the team may need to wait until it's been marked as clean before making any required changes. Nonetheless, we'll keep you posted.
