1) Does the issue happen in just one location? If so, how far do you have to travel to regain service?

The issue is only occuting in Tealby  LN8

 

2) What is the full postcode (e.g. ST1 1AA) of where the issue occurs? 

LN8 3XS 

 

3) Does the issue occur if you try your SIM card in a different phone?

Yes

 

4) What errors are seen or heard when the issue occurs?

Not registered on network error.

 

5) Does this happen on 2G, 3G, 4G or all?

Yes

    

6) When did you first notice this issue?

Since the new mast has been set up in Tealby. It apears rural cross network roaming is not working. I have a full signal but no network access.

 

7) Is the issue permanent or intermittent? If intermittent, are there certain times of the day when it occurs?

Hi @DJB2022 - Thanks for filling in the initial network checks. I've taken a look at your postcode and can see there is no 3G, 4G or 5G coverage in the postcode LN8 3XS.

If you've got a Wi-Fi connection at home, you can use Wi-Fi calling and texting to keep in contact with people. For more information on Wi-Fi calling and how to set this up, please click here.

You can also sign up for updates due in your local masts if you enter your postcode here and then select "My alerts" underneath your postcode and fill in the information. Once we have an update, it'll be communicated to you.

Unfortunately the signal from the new mast is drowning out any ability to undertake wifi calling. The signal works well for  O2 but not voda as yet. I think this is the issue that needs fixing.
