My company website www.maggies.org offers cancer support and practical information to people with cancer, their family and friends. Vodafone classifies it as age-restricted content and is auto-blocked to all users on Vodafone.
Please can the classification be reviewed/investigated and revoked here?
Thanks,
Nora

Hi @MaggiesWeb. We understand the importance of getting this resolved. Can you please attach a screenshot of what pops up when the affected Vodafone users try to access the URL in question?

Hi @MaggiesWeb I've checked your case and your site has been reclassified as 'Health'. Your site should no longer be blocked. If you finding any different, please clear cache and cookies first then let us know.

As the Jason stated, it may be resolved as soon as possible. But if you are using a Wordpress plugin, I can recommend you check the plugins you are using which might be a reason of the restriction. That kind of issues happens when the bot comes to your website and see a plugin that is blacklisted or so.
Hope it is solved
