No 3g covereage

Since the 3G cut off i have noticed my signal is much worse in multiple location, I use my phone for work to contact the hub, and customers and use the app as I travel. Now I am finding it hard to get a signal in most areas around and outside Birmingham. Does anyone know when the lost 3G coverage is going to be replaced with 4G or even 5G? As I will have to seek another network provider for my work phone, because this is now limiting my job.

Been a month at my postcode since 3g switch off with a very poor 4g signal.

Been on numerous vodafone messages/calls theres been loads of excuses but  no mention of upgrading the 4g signal strength. I would of thought a giant company like vodafone will have had everything prepared for a smooth transition for customers who relied on 3g so can't see it getting any better. Why can't vodafone just say your service will be interrupted for a time while we improve the network?  The silence probably means they aren't.
