Power Hub turn off 2.5GHz

I have a lot of smart stuff which is looked after by it's own 2.5GHz wifi network. To reduce the amount of 2.5ghZ wifi in the air, I want to turn off the PowerHubs 2.5GHz wifi, but in the router's expert settings, WiFi settings, everything is greyed out and I can find no way of turning either service off.  Can this be done ?
