1) Does the issue happen in just one location? If so, how far do you have to travel to regain service?

Happens in all rooms indoors. Need to go outside to take or make a call.

2) What is the full postcode (e.g. ST1 1AA) of where the issue occurs?

RG27 9FS

3) Does the issue occur if you try your SIM card in a different phone?

Happens with all phones - Android, Apple. No matter what version of phone or type of SIM there is a coverage problem indoors.

4) What errors are seen or heard when the issue occurs?

Virtually no voice connection can be made to the network. Maybe receiver one bar - if an incoming call does happen connect - the person making the call cannot hear you at all.

5) Does this happen on 2G, 3G, 4G or all?

All - virtually zero 4G connection indoors.

6) When did you first notice this issue?

2019

7) Is the issue permanent or intermittent? If intermittent, are there certain times of the day when it occurs?

Has got worse - thus the support post.

@LordB - thanks for reaching out to us about your signal and completing the template. I've taken a closer look at the coverage where you are and your local serving site (number 14038). Everything's performing as it should be and there aren't any faults.

It does show that the signal for indoor use where you are might be slightly patchy. With you mentioning it's been like this since 2019, it does appear to be down to the general coverage where you are, rather than a fault.

If you've got a WiFi connection at home and a compatible phone, you could use WiFi calling and texting to keep in contact with people.
