Remove a blocked site from Secure Net

We have taken over a website that was blocked by Secure Net. The site is https://deepsink.co/

How can we check if the website is unblocked now?

Hi @mchl67 - thanks for messaging about getting your site reviewed. I've checked the site on VirusTotal and it's been flagged as 'malicious' by a few security vendors. Please look at getting these cleared and if there are still restrictions, come back to us here.

Do you also give tools to get us off the list?

Hey @mchl67 the website has now been reclassified for you. Please clear the cache and cookies and check again. It can take 24 hours for the change to take effect but if you are still experiencing the same problems after 24 hours, please do let us know.

Hey @mchl67 We have no influence over the information held by these sites. You'll need to speak to whoever maintains your site to look into these issues. I've asked our network team to take a look into this (Ref: INC000005183627), they'll check why the sited being blocked and if the flags have been incorrectly we'll be able to lift the current block. The investigation can take upto 5 days, but is usually completed much sooner.

Thanks Mark, we wait for your investigation. We have made a copy to this domain https://deepsink.co.uk/ and that seems to be working good. All green. That is why we don't now why this https://deepsink.co is not passing the test.
