Request Mast At Event

Good Afternoon.

Despite holding an event for 170,000 people over three days in a remote location, Vodaphone do not feel we need a temporary Mast. I must stress how much we disagree with this and have seen the poor experience by the lack of a Vodaphone Mast at the Badminton Horse Trials Event. 

EE will be supplying us with a Mast. 

Please can you forward me details of someone who can I discuss this with.

Hi @GavinG! We are making considerable investments in our network across the UK, and we have to prioritise those investments – unfortunately it was not possible to support this event with additional mobile coverage this year. But we are continually assessing our network investments, and we hope to return to Badminton next year with an enhanced network experience

Same for the Royal Ascot.

EE & Three customers never had a problem, thanks to the pop-up masts.

Vodafone & O2 couldn't use their phones, it was a right **** show.
