Good day,

My client, Concept.study is currently receiving a lot of complaints from their clients that they cannot access the website when on the Vodafone network. An SSL certificate error is shown when trying to access the site and showing adult content error and not opening the site.
This site has just course information for math and science.

Please could you assist?

Thanks!

Good day,

My client, concept.study is currently receiving a lot of complaints from their clients that they cannot access the website when on the Vodafone network. An SSL certificate error is shown when trying to access the site and showing warning adult content. Actually it is normal website having math and science course details.

Please could you assist?

Thanks!

Hi @CareNet Thanks for letting us know about this, please could you confirm the full URL?

Thanks @CareNet

I've checked https://concept.study/ on VirusTotal and the site is flagging as malicious. Please ask your client clean the site, once that's sorted we can arrange for it to be whitelisted.

This site is cleaned, we removed full code and then install fresh Wordpress website with minimal code. so this is flagged wrong now and may be referring old records.

I've checked your site again today @CareNet and can see that several vendors have it flagged as containing malicious content, this will be the reason it's being blocked by our network. Please ask whoever's responsible for maintaining your site to take a look into this for you. If this issue still occurs once your site's showing no issues, we'll be able to reclassify it for you.

We fixed the code and scan full site using Wordpress security plugins (Wordfence, Sucuri  and Defender) site is clean now. please enable our site.
appears to be blocked by the Vodafone  filter and giving warning adult content. Can we please get this reviewed as the website is education website and provide tuition classes for school students  and does not post any adult-related content.

Hey @CareNet. I've just checked the results again and it's still being flagged for malicious content so we wouldn't be able to unblock it at this time. Once that's been resolved we can look into this for you.

Upon revisiting your website, I noticed that multiple vendors have reported it as having dangerous information; as a result, our network is blocking it. Kindly request that the person in charge of your site's upkeep check into this for you. Once your site is functioning normally, if this problem persists, we can reclassify it for you.
