Good day,
My client, Concept.study is currently receiving a lot of complaints from their clients that they cannot access the website when on the Vodafone network. An SSL certificate error is shown when trying to access the site and showing adult content error and not opening the site.
This site has just course information for math and science.
Please could you assist?
Thanks!

Hi Team,
We removed all code and install fresh code and the scan our Wordpress website and plugin using Wordfence Scan. We found it is clean website now, We compared all file version with the Wordpress core file.
The error is very weird on Vodafone network, it is showing non https site but it is https site showing only tuition classes details. no adult content no phishing content but we are using shared hosting plan having same IP on multiple website so may be this is the reason.
Please look into this issue and fix the problem.

@CareNet I've just run your URL through five sites;
Virus Total - 6 flags (3 malware, 3 malicious)
Google Safe Browsing - clean
Cloudflare Radar - no virus, but insecure cookies identified and no security headers (see the OWASP site if you don't know about the recommendations)
Norton Safeweb - clean
Urlvoid - 2 flags

Thank you for reverting. Then when google and Norton clear the site then why it is not opening.
We checked with many security plugins and it is clear. Stranger this Vodafone marking adult content while is not true, please fix this and make our site accessible.

We appreciate that this needs to be amended for you, @CareNet. However, the website is still being flagged as malicious with a number of vendors on Virus Total, and until they're cleared we can't request that the site be reclassified.

Yes, appears to be blocked by the Vodafone filter and giving warning adult content. Can we please get this reviewed as the website is education website and provide tuition classes for school students and does not post any adult-related content.

As pointed out, you need to get your admins to rectify the issues and contact the vendors that say its malicious. Vodafone just use their data, they can't update it.
