Unblocking a False Positive

Hi @Janey and team!

Could you please review voyagerguru.com. We've been informed by user in the UK that our website is being blocked for them, and we were able to confirm through https://www.blocked.org.uk/ that we have 1 block with Vodafone. We filed an appeal nearly 2 months ago through the aforementioned site, but we're still blocked. 

We've taken numerous steps to ensure that our site is malware free, and have been whitelisted by nearly all security vendors on VirusTotal (except 2 who are unresponsive). 

Our website has also received clean scans from McAfee, Norton, Google Safe Browsing, and Sucuri. 

We appreciate you consideration in reevaluating our site.

Hi @voyagerguru. We understand how concerning this must be. I've raised the URL in question to be reviewed under the reference number INC000005382689. We'll let you know as soon as there's an update, so do keep your eyes peeled.

@Cynric thanks for sharing that link, yes ESET is still flagging us as "Suspicious" despite multiple reach outs to them. Is that what you mean VirusTotal having flagged it? We were originally flagged by at least a dozen security vendors, but they have since whitelisted us after reviewing again.

@voyagerguru VF rely on VT and unless all tests are green the site is blocked.

Hi, @voyagerguru. I hope you're well.

The team who review any reclassification requests have thoroughly investigated this, and they've been unable to replicate the issue from their end.

They've tested the site with a content restricted device, and did not experience any errors while accessing the site. It's still showing that the block was removed in September 2024, and there is no indication on our end that the site is currently being blocked.
