Vodafone Secure Net Incorrectly Flagging Client Website

To whom it may concern,

One of our client websites is being incorrectly flagged by your Vodafone Secure Net service. 

The domain is https://brixx.com

We have scanned several times using third party tools, and also Imunify 360 which we host on our server. 

We have checked Virus Total, and also used Sucuri and Wordfence. With no warnings or alerts of malicious code.

Could somebody please review this domain and reclassify for us?

Hey @Cascade-Digital Your site isn't showing as being blocked by us here. Are customers getting any error messages at all that you can pop over?

Thank you for the prompt reply. Perhaps a misreport from the end user.

Let me try and get you a screenshot to verify this. I imagine it would contain a unique ref # you could use to correlate?

That's great, thank you @Cascade-Digital If they are getting a 'SecureNet is blocking this site' error, I will be able to let the Reclassification team know and they can work to remove the site from any blocklists they have as it may be incorrectly categorised. With the block checker not showing us as blocking the site, I just need to double check that the error is with SecureNet 😊
