Hello,
Community website https://www.ccommunity.ca/ is being marked incorrectly as an adult 18+ website. This is a community support website and does not have any adult content. Can we please have this sent in to be corrected so it's not marked as 18+ on the vodafone network?
Thanks,
Steven

Hi @Steven2024 We can definitely look into this for you. I've checked the website in question on VirusTotal and it's currently flagging some potentially malicious content. You'll need to get this cleared and once it's showing as clean, we can get a case raised if the website is still being blocked.

Hi Janey,
We have been in the process of getting these cleared off with the security vendors and it is only a matter of time before getting these off. Are you are able to get the case raised so we are ahead?
Thanks,
Steven

I appreciate where you're coming from @Steven2024 but if I raise it to the Network Team now, they'll will only reject it. Assuming there's no other issues, reclassifications are usually sorted pretty quickly. As soon as site is clean, give us another shout and we'll get the case raised.

Hi Janey,
The website is now marked as clean in VirusTotal. Can you please raise the case with your network team?
Thank you,
Steven

Hey @Steven2024 that's great, thank you for arranging those amendments. Can you please pop us over a screenshot of the blocked URL page so we can attach this to the ticket we raise to our team?

Hi Lucy,
Here is a picture of the notice we are getting on the devices. Please let us know once the case has been escalated. Appreciate your help on this!

We haven't, no @Steven2024. Rest assured that we proactively check all cases raised to our Network team. We're still awaiting reclassification - the team are still investigating. Once we've got an update, we'll let you know as soon as possible.
