Hi. I need some help joined PAYG Plus today 21/12/2024 and when placed order on website I moved my current mobile number to Vodafone in order but that doesn’t complete until 27/12/2024 but not received my eSIM & can’t login to My Vodafone App
That will be correct @Claymore24 , you are porting in a number from another network. When the number moves on the 27th and your service is online you will be able to activate the esim and log onto your account and application.
