Hi, this is a long story.. still not resolved.
I've been trying for a long time to register my PAYG number for My Vodafone but it gives the error "Number not recognised".

Thanks for your reply. I tried to edit the post but it wouldn't let me lol.
I have spent many hours on the phone to customer service, and online trying to resolve this issue. Having worked in the mobile phone industry previously I really do think this needs to be referred to the IT department.
I can make and receive calls and texts , and use data, when I have credit. Customer service can see my number and SIM card on the system, and phone activity but no-one is able to help.
I do think this is out of the remit of the customer service team, both online and in store. Hope you are able to help. Thank you
