I don’t want a bundle only PAYG

I’ve got a new pay as you go 1 SIM card. I topped up £20 with a voucher and it’s automatic change it to a bundle. I opted out straight away as soon as I got a text. 

will I have to opt out each time I top up? 
have I lost my £20 to a bundle this month?

Once you opt out it will stay that way. 

In regards to the £20 speak to Customer services on 191 or Live Chat or the Social Media Team via https://forum.vodafone.co.uk/t5/About-the-Community/Contact-us-about-account-related-queries as they have access to accounts.
