Vodafone is Blocking my Website

Vodafone Securenet is blocking my website https://www.thomasgale.co.uk/

However I can see that my website has a secure SSL with Squarespace. Also, there is no sensitive content on my website.

I have seen on other discussions that websites have been sent to the IP team to get re-classified. Please can my website me referred to them to be re-classified ASAP.

This is not just Vodafone @tgart1 , I am using BT Internet with McAfee security and the site comes up as risky.

Thanks @AnnS Understood.

It appears to be an issue with Virgin Media as well. However it does work with other providers such as Three and O2. So I'm a bit confused by this all.

Any ideas to resolve this?

Hi @tgart1 I've checked your website on independent VirusTotal and it's flagging as malicious. We can definitely get a reclassification raised but we'll need the website to show as clean first. You can do this by speaking with your website administrator, or contacting the security vendors flagged directly.

Thanks @Janey I'll give this a go

Perfect! Give us another shout once everything is updated and we can get your site reclassified 👍

Hi @Janey,

My website (https://www.thomasgale.co.uk/) is now listed as clean on virus total, please see the attached image.

Please can my website be sent off to be re-classified.
