Hi There,
Some of our customers are reporting that vodafone is blocking them from authenticating with our authentication services which is preventing them from using our application when on mobile network and is causing a terrible user experience.
We are using auth0.com for authentication which is a very well know service and we have added a custom domain for it auth.viv.co
Note they have no problems on wifi or when hot-spotting from other mobile providers so it's only an issue with Vodafone.

Hi @clintonsweetnam. We understand how concerning this must be. I've spoken with a member of our Network team and we're not sure why only Vodafone users are affected. We think the error message suggests that you're using http instead of the more secure https protocol.
