Why is vodafone blocking my website?

Loads websites like: https://enews-app.com/ws/1.0/viewemail.aspx?c=qocOh%5bf4dl%7BxjX0p4uhG%3bMpnEQbW%7BjVF&r=view|284200...

How can I get the network team to check this? Is the UK vodafone the same as in Australia? It is blocked in Australia also.

@pete09808080 Are you sure about it being blocked by Vodafone? 

Here in the UK is isn't https://www.blocked.org.uk/site/https://buildsend.com/

Probably best to ask here https://www.vodafone.com.au/support
