I purchased a device from Vodafone. Due to missed payments, my debt was transferred to CCS Collect, and I was making monthly payments there. On February 1, 2025, I made a lump sum payment of £279, which was my last two installments, because there is a block on my phone, and I made the early lump sum payment to lift this block. However, when I check with Vodafone, it still shows that I have an outstanding debt of £279. Additionally, since I made a payment to CCS, I was actually paying early, but Vodafone has incorrect payment dates, making it appear that I owe more. Now that there is no debt left on my phone, I want to activate it. When I connected with Vodafone live support, they told me that I still have a debt and that I should either make a payment or contact CCS Collect, saying there is nothing they can do. When I spoke with CCS Collect, they said that I have no debt left, they have closed my case, and I should contact Vodafone as they cannot do anything. Who will help me? It has been 17 days since I paid my bill, and I still appear to owe money, and my phone is still blocked.

Hello, @Polenglnck.
I understand that you're looking to get your service unblocked, and I appreciate that it must be concerning for you to have paid the outstanding balance but it not yet reflect on your Vodafone account.
As this would require account investigation, we would need you to contact us on Social Media, so that we can take a deeper look into this for you.
