Hi! I wasn't sure how or where to leave positive feedback for a customer service representative so I thought I'd try here.
I cancelled my vodafone account today because I've been living in the USA for a while and no longer need a British phone number or account. I called and the lovely person who answered the phone helped me so well. He was eloquent, friendly, and got my issue sorted in a matter of minutes. His name is Mickey, and I really want to stress how wonderful a job he did. I get so anxious on the phone, especially when it comes to customer service, but he did so well and made me feel so at ease. I just wanted to let people know and to thank him for going above and beyond!
