Website Blocked on Vodafone Mobile Data

We have many customers complaining about not being able to access www.go2stream.net while on the Vodafone mobile data. This is only happening to Vodafone users. Our website is a transport management and logistics solution so I'm not sure why we would be getting blocked.

Some of our customers have gone back to us with the following.

"We have done some testing with Vodafone, who seemed to be unaware of the issue. They have had to turn off website blocking on those phone numbers to allow Stream to work. They do seem to be working now on the ones we have tested.."

Other customers have had no luck with Vodafone support "It appears that Vodafone don’t think there are any problems."

We have many customers and walking through this process with each one of them is difficult.

Please could you let me know why the website would be getting blocked?

Hi @DanRidgway Thanks for your post. I've tested your URL and haven't been able to replicate your outcome. I've successfully been able to access your website using Vodafone mobile data connection. Please could you pop over a screenshot of the error message that been seen when blocked?

It's probably region based too as up in Yorkshire it's fine however down south they get the following errors.

Our DNS provider said there were no issues with the domain lookup.

"Thank you for reaching out to our technical support team with this. I am a Technical Support Specialist here at DigiCertDNS. I would be more than happy to help assist!

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. We understand that some users on the Vodafone network are experiencing difficulties accessing go2stream.net while connected to mobile data.

Upon investigation, we've confirmed that the domain resolves correctly from our end.

Since this issue appears to be isolated to Vodafone's mobile data network, we suspect it may be related to Vodafone's DNS configuration or content filtering policies

If you have any questions or require further assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer support team. We are available to address any inquiries you may have."

Thanks for popping that over @DanRidgway An filters or blocks we apply would impact the whole of our network, irrespective of region so I don't think it's likely to be our network causing the issue. I'd be happy to raise this our Network team just to ensure we've covered all possibility but before I do, please ask any affected users to clear their cache and cookies and let me know if it helps.
