Please can you help me. Our customer is using the domain https://login.account-sso.com to access Okta services. This is being blocked by Securenet meaning their users cannot login when connected to using Vodafone mobile data. Please could you add this to the safelist for Securenet.

Hi @mat-okta. I've checked your reference number INC000004892327 again with our Support team and the reclassification request hasn't been worked on yet. Rest assured that all requests are checked by us daily.
I completely understand and fully take on board the urgency of this, once we have an update we'll let you know as soon as possible.
To make sure that we're on the same page @rimmeljawa, are you referring to the same URL or do you have a different ongoing request?

@CallumR The URLVOID domain reputation api says that there's something odd with the OP's URL. In their scan they are flagging BitDefender and Seclookup as showing warnings.
