Sorry if this is the wrong board, none of the options seemed correct.

How can I change the phone number that texts are sent to when signing into my account. They are currently being sent to a lanline I no longer use.

It sounds like your old landline number is saved as your alternative contact number and is being used for the one time access code. So that we can get this updated for you, please reach out to our Social Media team on either Facebook or Twitter.

Thanks for the reply, unfortunately I am a bit 'Old School' and refuse to have anything to do with either Facebook or Twitter. Is there an equivalent email address I could use.
