I need help with my vodafone broadband
I keep calling asking for a engineer to come out and switch it back to sky
-vodafone have not taken the line over from sky they have given a new number
I have been back to sky (still paying ) they said it is all active they can not do anything until vodafone engineer comes back out
please help

The last time I looked In the small print of signing upto Vodafone Home Broadband it does say that Vodafone cannot guarantee a person can retain their original land-line number in all cases.
Is that what you mean by "vodafone have not taken the line over from sky they have given a new number "
A person has 14 days cooling off period.

Unfortunately there is no account access assistance via this forum anymore so I'm sorry but I will have to direct you to use one or more of the options I've listed below so you are going to need to persevere with.....
Or call 08080 034 515 (free from all UK landlines and mobiles) with lines open between 8am and 11pm, seven days a week.
Or try the Vodafone Social Media Teams via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries.
They all have Account Access to be able to help you.
