Buying a cell phone with points

Good morning, I'm a vodafone customer and I have 2000 points to buy a mobile phone and enjoy saving some money.

My doubt as they told me, I don't understand much of this, they said that if the ROM of the cell phones ends in EUVF, it means that the cell phone comes with Vodafone apps and that the updates come much later,. I would like to know if I can buy the phone without the Vodafone apps and if I can see the differences on the Vodafone club Vita website, thanks https://mobdro.bio/  .

Hi @perry5

With you using the wording " cellphone " in your post are you not a Vodafone Uk customer.

This is the Vodafone Community Forum for UK customers which is why I'm asking.

If your from the states or elsewhere then you'll need to post on your region's Forum and ask your Vodafone Customer Services the question.

The Vodafone Social Media Teams here have no access to other regions Vodafone customers accounts etc.
