I did a sim swap and messed up. Now my number is with Vodafone. Any way to get it back?

I think you need to explain a bit more about what you did before anyone can comment.

I did a swim swap with Lycamobile, but entered the wrong details. It went through and now if I check online, it says Vodafone owns my number now. Can I get it back?

A SIM swap wouldn't change network providers, it just moves your number routing to another SIM card.

Have you requested a port using a PAC code? This also doesn't seem likely as it could only happen if you spoke to us and ordered a product, then gave us a PAC code.

The only thing I can think is you entered the wrong SIM details and it moved to a SIM you don't have access to. How do you know your number is on Vodafone?

Yes. That is what I meant. I might have moved it to a sim I don't have access to

I've rejected your image because it has your mobile number on.

However I have checked internally and it's not held on our network. It's most likely with Lycamobile still, reach out to them and see if they can help.

Ok, thanks. Will check with them
