Hello,
I have a 1000 MBit/s fiber optic contract and would like to downgrade the speed to 100 MBit/s. However, online I can only change it to 750 MBit/s. Additionally, I want to remove an extra flat-rate option, but it’s not possible to do this online either. Do I have to call them now? I’m trying to handle this for my parents, and I’m concerned that they might get talked into something over the phone.
What do you think?

Hi @testeri1. Our Team over the phone on 03333040191 will be able to help you with this request. If you're not the account holder, you will need the account holder to be with you when you call.

Hello
To adjust your fiber optic contract, including downgrading your speed or removing an add-on, you might need to contact the provider directly if the online portal doesn’t allow for the specific changes you want. This can often be done over the phone, but to avoid potential upselling, be clear and firm about your requirements. Alternatively, you could visit a physical branch or send a detailed email request if that's an option.
