Hi,
Hopefully you can help me correct an error on my part.
I incorrectly set-up my login name for the eforum to be SimonKVodafone.
I received a message from "Tim" saying that it'd be changed to Simon_K which I was fine with; however it'd not letting me change the password for Simon_K using the link supplied.
I just get the message:
Correct the highlighted errors and try again.
Sorry, we are unable to reset your password.
I'd like to keep my previous posts against my, as I'm hoping for some support.
Please would it be possible to advise how to change the username, or action on my behalf and advise how to login using the new name, as currently I can only login using the old one.
