hi guys,

 

can anyone help dlm been activated on my bb its reducing my speed im struggling to get vodafone to remove it which they can do but wont any ideas? as its massively impacting my speed

yes i am and yes ive contacted vodafone via phone  and they wont budge on turning DLMoff

Did you ring that particular number ?

 

What reason is being given as to why they will not / cannot deactivate it ?

yes that number apparently because its not making any faults and have no reason to turn it off 

Hmmm ok. 

 

Have you perhaps tried ringing back to ask another agent to see if a fresh pair of eyes helps ?

I'm sorry to hear that as they should remain polite and courteous and understanding at all times. 

 

The same applies to the person ringing in too in my opinion.
