Hello
my mobile account went in default in 2014/2015, this dropped off in 2020/2021
this has now been redefaulted with a new date of 2022, this should never be redefaulted and this will prevent me getting a mortgage

What are the requirements your social media team ask from us. So i will prepare for it. I also got same issue. But this happen with me now in January 2022.

Hi @garysmithe, when you drop our social media team a message, we'll need the account number or the mobile number that was linked to the account along with some personal details including name, date of birth and postcode. Any additional information that you can provide include amounts, dates and any references from your credit report can also help the team with their investigation 🙂
