How does Vodafone Tritone in Rome get away with ripping off tourists.Selling empty data cards and then saying it is the clients problem.Wasted 45 Euro on 0 data...who can assist???

Are you trying to top up a Vodafone UK mobile?

The only way to top up abroad is online using a UK debit or credit card.

If that is correct, I suggest you go back to the Vodafone Italy store, they are a separate company to Vodafone UK and ask for a refund.
