Employee advantage program 😠

The worst decision I ever did was move and come to Vodafone I have had nothing but problems with them from day 1. From then taking 7 days to swap my number to now saying I can't have employee advantage program!!!
On two different occasions I showed my ID and was assured that everything would be set up and yet again vodaphone have messed up.

When your number ported over, you would have had 30 days to complete and submit the form with your employment information.

When you change your number or contract in any way, the VA has to be reapplied.  Please see the link below.
