Feedback Runcorn Branch

Hi,

I would like to provide some feedback regarding my visit to the Runcorn Branch today. 

I have been a Vodafone customer for little over a month this week I have tried to take out another line with yourselves but there was a small issue with my account.

This is where I have meet Abbey in the branch who has gone above and beyond and provided customer service like I’ve never seen before.

The determination an passion she has put into resolving my account problem is like no other. I am a firm believer in hard work deserves reward an Vodafone you should be using Abbey as a example to others.

I would like you to ensure this feedback finds it way back to Abbey,. Outstanding an thank you I have appreciated your time and effort.
