As far as I am aware, the Team do not reply to PM's.

As you have only made 2 posts, probably the easiest way to do this would be to close down your present eforum account which can quickly be done from your settings.  Just click on your settings on the top right, scroll to the right, you will see a link close eforum account.  You will then be able to open a new account with a new user name.

Alternatively, hang on for one of the Team to PM you.
