why i am not able to apply veryme reward code to any of Odeon movies?

Hi @Baha There could be a few reasons for this, the codes are only valid for 6 hours so that's the first thing to check. It's also worth reading the terms and conditions on the reward page, as there are a few locations and ticket types that are not included. HIU. I tried as soon as i claimed code. When i add code on Odeon website, vodafone smth ticket appears in the list of the tickets you can choose, but you can not add it, still you able to add the rest regular ticket types
