who do I speak to about an old account in default? Ive tried ringing customer service but I can’t remember my old Vodafone number so no way of getting through.
It’s a mistake on Vodafone part as I know I made the final payments on that phone bill and yet it’s coming up missed payments on my credit score and now it says the account is in default which has seriously dragged down my score. I need this fixed as soon as possible. Any help on where to go from here would be great thanks.

They can't help from here as there is no account access via this forum.
