Please can you advise why Vodafone 4G blocks

https://login.partizancloud.com

and is it possible to fix?
(same time it doesn't block

which is less secure)

This is the mobile app / cloud base for Partizan security systems - video doorbells / CCTV etc.

Can Vodafone please amend this issue.

Hey there @Ashguru - We can look into helping with this. I have Secure Net active on my Vodafone number and can load the site http://login.partizancloud.com and the other site https://login.partizancloud.com isn't recognised as a webpage. Could you send over a screenshot of the error message you are receiving when trying to load the page please?

Thanks for the message. Please see below from manufacturer

Hello Vodafone team, we need you help!

(same time it doesn't block http://login.partizancloud.com which is less secured)

My name is Sergei, I'm in charge of the UK market at Partizan company - the European brand based in Czech Republic, the manufacturer of video surveillance equipment. On 2020-2021 hundreds of local UK installation companies fitted thousands of Partizan systems in Private Houses, Apartments, Offices, Commercial places etc in different regions of the UK.

My concern is that those of the end users, who are Vodafone clients report problem with 4G connection to our systems via our mobile App. We've run a tests using Vodafone SIM card and find you that your 4G blocks our web page for some reason, that's probably cause the problems of end users.

Some of the end users were able to fix the problem changing  ANP settings manually in the settings of their phones to this (bellow) but it works only for some of the users, randomly, and only as temporary solution, in fact in a few months issue usually back.

Could you add https://login.partizancloud.com to your "white list"?
We are owner of the domain and can manage it, if any steps from our sided needed.

p.s. we have no such a problems with Vodafone in Czech Republic, same as in many other countries.

Thank you,
Sergei

Hi Evie,

thanks again.

please try the other webpage (httpS….) in another device and you’ll see that it loads a login page to the partizan cloud login.

What you have experienced is the exact problem - Vodafone 4G seems to block the page. This is causing issues trying to use various devices which use the cloud login page.

thanks

Hi @Ashguru! As @Evie advised, we're not able to see the website is being blocked. Please pop us over a screenshot of the error you receive when trying to access this and we can investigate further

Hi

yes, this is the issue. I cannot show you an error because one doesn’t come up.

use Vodafone 4G and you will see that the http works - httpS does nothing. It’s the same site - a logon to a cloud based page for Partizan.

this is clearly a known issue because other users have raised topics about this with other https sites.

this isn’t adult content or anything else that should be blocked.

We've tried from our end using the S after the http on a 4G connection, this is letting us access the link that you've provided. What's happening from your end? We know that you don't get an error, do you just a white page?

If you have securenet turned off this page works. Without it turned off it doesn’t.

This must be done with Vodafone 4G - all other suppliers are fine.

this isn’t specifically a page a user would login to - this is the link that the app - partizan - uses. So when a someone rings a doorbell the phone will get a notification. This doesn’t happen - Vodafone seem to be blocking.

the manufacturer - partizan - has contacted you before about this. As below;
